Insurance

Your treatment with Spravato may be covered by your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits. We will work with you to review your insurance information to see if you are covered. Please contact us through our email (contact@ketalink.com) and provide a copy of the front and back of your insurance card along with your date of birth.

You may be eligible for copay assistance that can cover up to a significant amount of out-of-pocket expenses including copay, co-insurance and deductible costs. This program is offered through Janssen, the manufacturer of Spravato, ketamine nasal spray. We will assist with all of the paperwork.

Please be aware that Ketamine IV infusions are currently considered “off-label” use for the treatment of depression and are not covered by insurance plans. We charge a flat cost of $400 per session at a recommended 6 sessions over the course of 2-3 weeks. We offer “maintenance” infusions as well. Please speak with one of our healthcare providers for further details.
